Do you manufacture custom parts from my drawing or sample?
Yes, custom CNC job work is our core business. Send a drawing, a 3D model, a sample or even a worn part, and we will reverse-engineer it, confirm the specification and quote. We produce everything from a single prototype to repeat production runs.
Which materials do you work with?
We routinely machine mild steel, EN8/EN9 and stainless steels SS304 and SS316. SS316 is used where corrosion resistance matters (valves, marine, chemical); mild steel and EN-series where strength and cost lead. We will recommend the right grade for your application.
What tolerances can you hold?
On critical turned diameters we typically hold ±0.01 mm, with sealing faces and threads finished and gauge-checked. Achievable tolerance depends on the feature and material, so we confirm it against your drawing at the quoting stage.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed MOQ. We machine single prototypes and small batches as readily as volume orders. Per-piece pricing naturally improves with quantity, and we are happy to quote both.
How do I request a quote?
Use the Request a Quote page or WhatsApp us your drawing and quantity. Share the material, key dimensions, thread/finish and quantity and we will respond promptly with pricing and a realistic lead time.
Can you supply valve parts as matched components to an OEM?
Yes. We supply turned valve bodies, balls and lids as matched components to valve OEMs, produced to your drawings and inspected to your acceptance criteria.
How is quality controlled?
Every batch passes incoming material verification, first-article inspection, in-process gauging and 100% final dimensional inspection against your drawing. Dimensional and thread reports are available with the consignment on request.
Are you a registered, verified business?
Yes, MECHENGERS is a GST-registered proprietorship in Gujarat, MSME/Udyam registered, and holds a CIPET quality certificate, with a verified IndiaMART presence.
Where are you located and do you ship across India?
Our works are in Antaliya, Billimora, Gujarat. We dispatch across India with rust-preventive packing and matching documentation.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead time depends on part complexity, material availability and quantity. Prototypes and small batches are usually quick; we commit to an honest, specific date at the time of quoting rather than an optimistic guess.
