Mechengers (“we”, “us”) operates mechengers.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep it simple, because we collect very little.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry and quote forms, typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We do not require you to create an account.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
  • To fulfil and support any order you place with us.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence for legitimate business purposes.

When you submit an enquiry form, the details are sent to us through a form-delivery service and arrive in our business inbox by email. You can alternatively choose to send the same details through WhatsApp, in which case the message is composed in your own app and you remain in control of what you send.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it only with service providers that help us operate, for example the form-delivery and email services that carry your enquiry to us, and the messaging services we use to reply to you, and where required by law.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies by default. We store a small preference in your browser’s local storage to remember your chosen colour theme (light or dark). This never leaves your device.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and order correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Contact us at info@mechengers.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
