Large-diameter, coarse-pitch studs are a specialty. This 50 mm stainless stud carries a 5 threads-per-inch profile cut single-point on the lathe for a true, strong flank, ideal where big clamping travel or lead-screw action is needed and rolled threads aren't practical.
